Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Randa Itani Consulting LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide consulting services including strategic planning, operational optimization, business transformation, and related advisory services. The specific scope and terms of each engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate in good faith with our consulting process
• Respect confidentiality and proprietary information
• Make timely payments as agreed

Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, and intellectual property developed or provided by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-specific deliverables will be outlined in individual engagement agreements.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and business matters. We expect clients to similarly protect any proprietary information we share.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an advisory basis. We are not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on our recommendations. Clients are responsible for their own business decisions.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the individual engagement agreement. Termination does not affect obligations accrued prior to termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
